Style?
Those who have read my stories say I have a distinctive style. They tend to be dark. Also, I use ridiculous similes and can’t help but slip edgy themes into even the most friendly of stories.
More on my future works:
The Dynasty of Ladesequme: This Mabinogion-inspired adventure of a dynasty of unlucky folks, eventually culminating in an ending typical of my style. The story is done and I just need time to craft the book.
The Story of Spark: The story of Spark is a fantasy adventure based off of the dreams I recorded when I was too young to understand what I was even writing about. It features a world filled with magic and monsters, and much of the story is written as if it is a dream.
The Stevos Collection of Short Stories: A compilation of short stories featuring characters living in worlds that are in various stages of the universe’s development. Characters question their existence, philosophy, culture, and the tyrannical nature of the Great God of their universe who is known as Steve. This collection will feature many short stories I have already finished.
About Me
I am Stephen Knudsen. I am a story writer who is doing my best. I can write.
I am Stephen Knudsen,
I’ve been writing since elementary school. I think the earliest inspiration for my writing is my 4th-grade teacher who complimented my awful stories.
So far, most of my completed works are short stories which I will publish in The Stevos. Growing up, I worked on a long series called Thief Kids, and I finally rewrote and published it in 2022. Writing the story as a kid helped me to become a better writer and prepared me for my main course, Jack of East.
Besides writing and teaching, I am interested in video games, especially Super Smash Bros and historical games. I am fascinated with nature and bugs, and I adore all animals except pelicans.
Creating is my purpose in life. My main focus is writing stories. However, if resources allow it, I would also like to create or commission musicals, art, and games.
